As a Junior (2018) – in her standout junior year, she rewrote the FPU record books on numerous occasions, taking ownership of the program record for the 100m with a time of 11.88….earned the conference title with a first-place finish in the 100m at the PacWest Championship meet….also earned all-conference honors after contributing to the win in the 4x100m relay (46.93) and finishing third in the 200m (24.81; completing a Sunbird sweep in the event).

As a Sophomore (2017) - at the PacWest Championships, finished fourth in the 100m with a time of 12.14, which placed her atop the FPU all-time list....also competed in the 4x100 relay, where the team set a new school record with a time of 47.12 (3rd place).

As a Freshman (2016) - Ran 25.30 in the 200 meter dash, good for third all-time at FPU, at the Bulldog Invitational (4/23)...initially tied the school record in the 100 meter at the Hornet Invite (3/19)...lowered her own school record and placed second in the 100 meter dash (12.18) at the PacWest Championships.

Prior to FPU - Spent two seasons on the varsity team at Clovis West High School under head coach Martin Palavicini...ran a time of 12.14 in the 100 meter and 25.71 in the 200 meter...named team Most Valuable Player and All-Conference...also played volleyball and basketball for the Golden Eagles...member of the AASU and the Athletic Leadership team...also spent two seasons at Menwith Hill High School in England.

Personal - Parents are R.T. III and Michelle Stubbs-McClain...has a brother named R.T. IV...greatest sports thrill was her freshman year of high school in England when she was the fastest in the DODDS for the 100m...person she most admires is Samra Gerberstadkan....enjoys eating French fries...favorite tv shows are Roll Bounce and Bob's Burgers...roots for the Golden State Warriors...favorite song is Patiently Waiting...roots for Florence Griffith-Joyner...person she would most like to meet is Channing Tatum...enjoys traveling and exploring the outdoors as hobbies...attends VIA church...Kala is a social work major.
